Enrollment Help

Having issues with course access? Review the FAQs below:
  • The course says my access is suspended, how do I fix this?

    • If you receive a notification about course access being suspended, it may be due to a lapse in your membership. Some course enrollments are tied to your AAA membership, and you must be a current AAA member to continue course access. Don't worry - all your progress is saved within the course and your enrollment can be reinstated by renewing your membership.

To renew your membership, visit your Member Dashboard. After renewing, log out of this site and log back in to update your membership status.
  • How do I register for a new course?

    • To register for a course, you must have an AAA account and view our List of courses. Select the course and complete your registration. Afterwards, return to this site (AAA Education) and click on the course to begin.
  • The course says 'Free to Members', why am I being asked to register?

    • Courses marked as free to AAA members or students require a free registration via the AAA Membership Portal. This registration is used to provide you access to the course on this site (AAA Education). Once you complete your free registration, return to this site (AAA Education) and the course will be available to start.
  • Why dont I have access to a course which I've registered for?

    • If the course is a member benefit and your membership has lapsed before accessing the course, you will be unable to access the course until you renew your membership. To renew your membership, visit your Member Dashboard. After renewing, log out of this site and log back in to update your membership status.
